Summary: The room I payed for supposedly was a handicap room when it wasn’t I know what I payed for and I extended my stay and miraculously had to get a new room for Sunday to Monday and that was the kind of room I first payed for so was not happy and won’t ever use this hotel again

Summary: Headboard was dirty, bedding was stained. Towels and bedding were supposed to be replaced every 3 days (then it became 4 days) There is a scent of dirty gym bag that kind of wafts over most of the interior of the building. Even with the air conditioner on the rooms felt pretty humid. Almost fell multiple times in the shower because of no anti-slip tape or something of that nature on the bottom of the tub. You get what you pay for, and the price was cheap. It is also in a convenient location (close to shopping and restaurants both in Wyomissing and West Reading)

Summary: Dirty shower, stained bed spreads that were also damp, never got housekeeping for a 3 day stay. Myself and two kids, but only given 2 towels.
